Grayhawk

Golf Membership eligibility is on an application and availability basis. Applications may be submitted to the membership committee. Golf initiation fee is $95,000. There is no distinction between property and non-property owners. There is a 50% equity for the iniation fee. There is no waiting list for golf or social memberships. Monthly dues are $625. Social memberships are $5900 and monthly social dues are $235.
Gainey Ranch
Gainey Ranch is located at the heart of central Scottsdale and features the Hyatt Regency Gainey Ranch Resort and the private 27-hole Gainey Ranch Golf Club. All subdivisions within this community are gated andfeature housing choices ranging from condominiums, town homes and patio homes to large estate homes. Arcadia
Named after the water company that was formed to bring water to the surrounding area, the Arcadia neighborhood is nestled at the foot of Camelback Mountain. Over the years developers transformed the area into an exclusive community. Into the early 60's, Phoenix and Scottsdale argued over who will annex this prime residential area so that today, while most of the area is located in Phoenix, the area east of 64th St is in Scottsdale.
Biltmore
The Biltmore neighborhood, looks like any midwestern city, but with palms and the occasional citrus tree thrown in.Conveniently located the Biltmore is about 20 minutes away from airport, art galleries, concerts, the theatre and world class spas.
